I use an electric razor on weekdays to cut down on my bathroom hogging time. My wife often comments how smooth my face is on the weekends, particularly compared to weekdays, after I use my triple blade razor.After using this razor, she tells me that my face is much smoother now on weekdays and she prefers how the results feel against her face when we hug. I had been using a Braun foil shaver, a couple of that brand of shavers over the last few years.At one time, long ago, I preferred the Norelco electric razors. But I stopped using them after they made all of them to use a feature called "lift and cut". I eventually came to refer to the feature as "pull and hack" referring to how my face felt and appeared after using one. Norelco literature consistently noted that people who felt irritation would eventually become accustomed to it, but that never happened, for me.When my last Braun foil shaver broke after only just over a year of usage which, considering what i paid, was quite disappointing and I decided to try another brand. I knew I wasn't going to try Norelco again, so that left RemingtonI saw this model and wondered if it would give me the same experience from a rotary shaver I once liked, sans pain.Over two weeks have passed. I have had no irritation, I finish my shaves sooner compared to the Brauns and, as I had mentioned, I am getting a closer and smoother shave.And I am very happy to have found a product that gives me the satisfaction I used to get

The shaver arrived in short order and I started using it the next morning. It is a great shaver, it is very comfortable to use and cuts very close. It is easily cleaned with running water. I don't know what feature one could get that would be worth spending more than the cost of the Remington R-4150.

Yeah, it's basically a good electric shaver: Cheap, not too bulky, does the job well...It has a BIG flaw though: You can't use it while it's plugged in and charging...Have you ever been late for work on a monday morning, getting ready hastily but you have to shave after a long weekend?Have you ever grabbed that shaver, started to shave but the battery decided to die on you half way through??Have you ever been to work with HALF a moustache???Well I did! Now, everyday since, everyone at work call me "Whiskers"...And that happened 4 months ago... Thank you Remington!
